1. Business Objects Developer

The Business Objects Developer is responsible for technical development and support of complex reports using Business Objects suite, creating custom BO Universes and reports and deploying through an approved publishing mechanism. The candidate will be responsible for working with the Business Objects team to understand and communicate data definitions for BO Universe deployment. The candidate must be able to understand and report from OLAP cubes and dimensional data models.

Strong hands-on experience with the following or equivalent technologies:

• 5+ years experience in BO report delivery and Universe
• Demonstrated experience with Business Objects (R3).
• Experience with BO Supervisor, Designer, InfoView, WebIntelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Broadcast Agent.
• Understanding of BOxi functionality - index awareness, derived tables.
• Experience of security hierarchy implementations in conjunction with BO.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data marts, relational and dimensional data modeling, star schema design, fact and dimension tables.
• Demonstrated understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, DTS, Informatica.

Extensive experience in data definitions and mapping. Must have hands on ability to design and build a data mart, business objects universe, and reports. Experience with large datasets, 96 million records per day, a plus.Experience with transactional concepts a plus.

2. PeopleSoft Process Lead - ESA

Experienced functional team leader leading the project for PeopleSoft Enterprise Service Automation.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and auditing requirements gathering and performing gap/fit analysis for all the processes in scope
• Lead CRP and UAT & Prototype preparation / demonstration
• Provide respective tracks CM and Training inputs
• Reporting of metrics/KPIs related to delivery progress, delivery quality in this process area



Experience / Skill-set Requirements:

• Having a minimum of 7 years of PeopleSoft experience in deploying ERP based ESA processes in the Americas (Government sector experience preferred)
• Have experience working for and/or deploying PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 or above - modules include Grants, Project Costing, Program Management, Contracts

Experience / Skill-set Requirements:

• Change Management / Organizational design lead with brand consulting background (big 4) & demonstrated strong experience in complete change management lifecycle
• At least 10 years of organizational design / Change Management experience is required, working with large scale clients. Bachelors or Masters Degree required
• Deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts/ methodologies and Project Management methodologies.
